A Note From Edelyn...

Daily Sabr aims to support Muslim women by sharing knowledge and life experiences. Non-Muslim women are also most welcome. We aim to provide valuable information and guidance that resonates with anyone seeking support and insights, regardless of their background. Instead of a single focus, our blog addresses a broad spectrum of needs, including mental health, lifestyle, spirituality, and health advice. We’ve researched to offer you the information and guidance you may need in various life areas.

The concept of Daily Sabr originates from our desire to grow and overcome daily challenges. The Arabic word ‘Sabr’ signifies patience and perseverance. Just as we face daily obstacles, cultivating daily sabr helps us remain faithful to our Lord, our beliefs, and ourselves. We draw inspiration from the cactus plant, as the word ‘Sabr’ is derived from ‘Sabbar,’ the cactus. These remarkable plants thrive in the harshest conditions and, by the grace and mercy of Allah, they do not wither or give up. Neither should we!
